Accessibility statement
We build stores to WCAG 2.2 AA, so we hold this site to the same standard.
Last reviewed 7 October 2026.
Our standard
This website is built and audited to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, with documented remediation. Every change we make is recorded in the log at the bottom of this page.
How we test
- Automated checks with axe DevTools on every page.
- A full keyboard test and a screen-reader pass with NVDA or VoiceOver on the home page, the case study and the teardown form.
- Lighthouse on mobile, run against the live site.
What we've built in
- A “Skip to content” link, visible focus states and a logical heading order on every page.
- Motion that respects your reduced-motion setting. The design gallery has a pause control and stops entirely if you prefer reduced motion.
- Forms with visible labels and error messages that are announced to screen readers. Nothing times out.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers.
Known limitations
- The “Design work” gallery shows full-page design images. Each has a short description, but the detail inside each design isn't described.
- Sites we link to, such as PageSpeed Insights and client websites, aren't covered by this statement.
