When a storefront rebuild pays off
Every store is different, but these are the signs we see most often before a rebuild. If a few of them sound familiar, it's worth a conversation.
Your products deserve a better store than the one they're in
You run on Shopify, WooCommerce or WordPress, and want to stay there
You sell into the US, UK, EU or Australia, or you're about to
Sales are steady, and the store has become the bottleneck
Pages feel slow on a phone, and every new app makes it worse
Accessibility has come up, from a customer, a partner or your legal team
Not sure? Send your store anyway. The free teardown will show you where it stands.

A rebuild replaces every template your customers touch, on the platform you already run. Each part comes with a target you can check yourself after launch, from the Lighthouse score on your own phone to the product data in Google's Rich Results Test. We test product pages, cart and checkout by hand before anything goes live. The reports come with the store, so you never have to take our word for it.
New templates
Home, collection, product, cart, account, and any checkout pages your platform lets you customise. All rebuilt on your existing platform.
Speed
Lighthouse 95+ on mobile, measured on the live store, plus a performance budget your team can follow after launch.
Accessibility
Built and audited to WCAG 2.2 AA. Product pages, cart and checkout are tested by keyboard and with the NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers before launch.
Product data
Complete structured data on every product page and a merchant feed that passes validation, so Google and AI assistants show the right price, stock and delivery times.
One design system
One set of components behind every market and language. Change a button once and it updates everywhere.
What we don't touch
We only replace what your customers see. Everything your team works with stays exactly where it is.

What brands ask us first
Do we lose our platform or our admin?
No. We work inside your existing Shopify, WooCommerce or WordPress setup. Your team logs into the same admin and uses the same apps.
Will a rebuild hurt our SEO?
We keep your URLs, redirect anything that has to move, and carry over titles, descriptions and structured data. Faster pages and better product data tend to help rankings.
We like our design. Can you just fix the problems?
Yes. That's what the Fix Sprint is for. It fixes speed and accessibility in your current templates without changing how your store looks.
How long does a storefront rebuild take?
A single-store rebuild usually takes 4–8 weeks, and a multi-market rebuild 8–12. The audit takes 5 working days and a Fix Sprint 2–3 weeks. We confirm the timeline in your written scope.
Can you work with our developers?
Yes. We can work alongside your team, and we hand over documented components and a performance budget at the end.
How much does a storefront rebuild cost?
A single-store rebuild costs $6,000–12,000 and a multi-market rebuild $15,000–30,000. A Fix Sprint is $3,000–6,000 and the audit is $750. You get a fixed number in writing before any work starts.
